Available support packages

docusuit_ includes three levels of support:

  • Isolated incidences: You may purchase support by the hour. This is the most convenient way to solve occasional needs with docusuit_.
  • Ticket bundles: If your organization requires a minimum number of hours of support to ensure the smooth operation of the application, you may purchase packages of 5 and 10 ticket (each ticket corresponds to an hour of support) per month.
  • Managed Services: If you desire management and maintenance of docusuit_, or if you have special needs, we offer you a range of managed services that include custom developments, integration with other platforms, monitoring of the app, hosted services, etc. Tell us your specific need via our contact interface and we will provide you with a quote in a few hours time.
